I’ll do it for half! No, a third! No, wait…

Robert Stacy McCain thinks NY Times columnist David Brooks is “a useless son of a bitch” and wonders emphatically why – at a time when newspaper newsrooms are bleeding red ink and vomiting pink slips – Brooks should continue to be paid $300,000 a year to be said useless SOB.

This all stems from Brooks’ column “A Moderate Manifesto,” which has been rounding the blogosphere today.

To me, this nothing more than an opportunity to once again offer my services to the New York Times. I can be a useless son of a bitch for far less than three hundred large a year.
