Rule 5, a.k.a. There Are Too Some Conservatives in Hollywood.

Part of me feels like I should have some reason for posting pictures of women here on this blog. Something to give the post some timeliness. Some other-than-exploitative-ness.

When I posted pics of Danica Patrick, Meghan McCain, and Ann Coulter recently, there was an actual current-events reason for it. Something like that.

On the other hand, Rule 5 Saturday has exactly one purpose: the shameless pursuit of traffic. No higher motivation is required.

Therefore, I choose today’s subject based solely on the potential for random hits, and I notice that Shannen Doherty is at the top of Yahoo’s “Today’s Top Searches.”

Why? I have no idea. I know exactly four things: Shannen is gorgeous

Shannen co-starred in that TV show with Alyssa Milano and Holly Marie Combs

…until her character was replaced by another played by the even hotter Rose McGowan

And, at one point, at least, Shannen was a conservative:

Best known for her roles on 90210 and Charmed, Shannen received quite a bit of heat from leftist Hollywood for leading the Pledge of Allegiance at the Republican National Convention.

“I’m a conservative. I was an avid supporter of Ronald Reagan; I thought he was fabulous.”

Ladies and gentlemen…Shannen Doherty.

    Hey, nice Rule 5 blogging!

I’m on it too! But where’s McCain? The guy hasn’t even put out the call yet for the Sunday roundup!

Relax Dr. Douglas! McCain’s Myriad Minions of Evil have it covered. Thanks for the eye-candy, Lance.
