My goal is to live to 131 years, five months, and three days.

Headline: World’s Population of 100-Year-Old Could Reach 6 Million

Once virtually nonexistent, the world’s population of centenarians is projected to reach nearly 6 million by midcentury. That’s pushing the median age toward 50 in many developed nations and challenging views of what it means to be old and middle-age.

Ooh, a projection. Those always turn out right.

Anyway, I’ll be 131 years, five months, and three days old on January 1, 2101. I’ll have lived in three different centuries. That’s what I’m shooting for.

Of course, I hope I’ll actually know it when it happens. Y’know, I’d like to still be lucid. Otherwise, never mind.
