The Great Orator is Losing the Message War on Health Care

On MSNBC’s First Read, Mark Murray speculates that President Obama is losing the ‘message war’ while promoting the passage of Health Care legislation.

How do we know? Just listen to the questions the AARP callers had. Several of them asked about “rumors,” and they also brought up GOP talking points on “rationing” or the government coming to your house to ask how you want to die (!!!).

I would speculate that this President’s most transparent administration is losing the battle to keep this legislation hidden in the dark, dingy corners thanks to the diligent digging into the bill(s) by others. President Obama is failing in his attempt to keep the particulars in opacity. When they are brought into the light, most don’t like what they see.
