Y’know, it’s getting so you just can’t slander people anonymously in the blogosphere anymore.
I don’t know if I want to live in a blogosphere where I can’t anonymously slander and cast irresponsibly false aspersions about my fellow man. But that’s what we’re coming to!
First it was this “Griffin” guy. Then it was some woman in New York who…well, she needs some pointers on undergarments. Hey, that’s what I heard.
Now it’s somebody called “annieb393,” who, according to a google search, used to play World of Warcraft. Or…well, that’s what it looks like. Also a “junior member” on some kind of anime message board.
Anyway, this person is, I take it, one of the founders of the “Trig Trutherism” thing. You know, the deal where people think Sarah Palin didn’t give birth to Trig – her daughter Bristol did.
Or…was it Bristol? Or was it Willow? Which one is older? Ah, I can’t remember, and I’d hate to cast an irresponsible aspersion. You can’t do that anymore…oh, wait, I’m not anonymous. Never mind.
Used to be, you could just make stuff up about people and post it. But can you now? Nooooooo. Not as long as R.S. McCain and Dan Riehl are around. They nailed this Griffin guy, and now they’re after annie-whatever her name is. Click here, here, and here. And here. Just because.
I’ve half a mind to create an anonymous blog and start spreading rumors about Riehl and McCain and all the time they’re spending together lately (NTTAWWT), just to see if I can get away with it.

What, you’re not going to include me, as well?
I’ll sue you for alienation of affection!
