The biggest losers
December 28, 2009
The five states who lost the most people in the year ending July 1:
- California: net loss of 98,798 residents
- New York: net loss of 98,178 residents
- Michigan: net loss of 87,339 residents
- Illinois: net loss of 48,249 residents
- Ohio: net loss of 36,278 residents
- New Jersey: net loss of 31,690 residents
- Florida: net loss of 31,179 residents
Interesting that five out of the top seven are liberal-dominated states. Meaningless, maybe. But interesting.

If you are counting Florida as one of the two non-liberal led states you might want to move it over to the liberal column.
Our governor, Charlie Crist may have an (R) after his name but like any good liberal he has responded to the economic downturn by taxing and feeing the Hell out of us.
