Global Warming Denial: Asking the Right Questions
Via Hot Air and Memeorandum, a London Times story about scientific dissent – major scientific dissent – on man-made global warming. That “consensus” on global warming is just in tatters.
The global warming debate being over now, let’s concentrate on the really important questions. From the London Times story:
…new research, including work by British scientists, is casting doubt on such claims. Some even suggest the world may not be warming much at all.
“The temperature records cannot be relied on as indicators of global change,” said John Christy, professor of atmospheric science at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, a former lead author on the IPCC.
A former IPCC lead author…from Alabama? I think maybe we’ve discovered their problem.
Ha. Just kidding. It is odd, though, how the story first cites “British scientists,” but then immediately quotes a guy from Alabama. Or…is Christy from Alabama? Or is he from Britain, and he’s just working in Alabama?
And if so, how many times a week does he have to answer the question: “you ain’t from around here, is yuh?”
TrogloPundit: asking the important questions.
