This is absolutely adorable. A Lefty, reading the constitution; examining the words for meaning; demanding that we interpret the words as they are.
Now if only we could get him to read the 10th Amendment. And maybe the 2nd.

Of particular note is the refusal to put the 14th Amendment in its Reconstruction context, or to note the deleterious effects of Amendments 16 & 17.
So long as you don’t expect a thoughtful debate featuring give & take, there is little surprise in these lefties.
How could the law support deliberate breaking of the law via anchor babies? That’s akin to using bank robbery to manage the money supply.

The SCOTUS of Roe/Wade. The SCOTUS of Dred Scott. And the SCOTUS of that misbegotten “foreign terrorists get US criminal trials” crap.
