Okay, I snark, but I do have my own soft spot for “Steel Magnolias,” especially that part when Daryl Hannah lets the Baptist missionaries in but they turn out to be secret ninja agents bent on kidnapping Julia Roberts’ baby and Dolly Parton has to fight them all off while wearing that outfit from “Best Little Whorehouse in Texas.”
Although, like Joe says, I may have snoozed off in the middle of the movie somewhere. Dunno.
