Why don’t they just raise taxes on abortion clinics, then?

Via the Washington Post:

Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli II, who is anti-abortion, has issued a legal opinion allowing greater restrictions on abortion clinics, drawing swift criticism from providers who say it could cause some of the facilities to close.

Odd, that anyone on the Left should complain about greater government regulation making it harder for a business to stay in business. They’ve never complained about it before.
