Back to the video. You can clearly hear her say “Vietnamese” and “Republican” in the beginning. As I do not speak Spanish, though, I can’t verify that the subtitles are correct. Plus…does her Spanish sound strained? Is she a born speaker? Or no?
Betcha this woman would freak out all over everything if a white, black, or Vietnamese guy complained about Hispanics trying to “take” a House seat.

The translation is correct. I believe Spanish is probably her first language.
