“Ultimately, the right to free speech is…”

“…the right to be an asshole. And what makes this country great is assholes.”

That’s the opening quote in this Reason TV video, entitled: What’s the biggest threat to free speech? The answers range widely.

Note: How does Twitter handle curse words? I only ask, because I almost used that entire quote as the post title, but thought better of it when I remembered that my post titles are automatically sent to Twitter. I wasn’t sure how the word “asshole” would go over.

And wouldn’t you know, the anniversary of the Bill of Rights was yesterday, and I completely forgot. Again.
