My first thought on reading that story was: Scott Walker can just go out to a restaurant? With all the chaos that’s been circling around the Capitol these last two weeks?

I doubt it. He’d have to call well ahead, and make sure there would be enough room for him, his aides, his security. A night out for the Walker family these days requires lots of planning ahead.
