Judge Sumi is making a mockery of the law, and if she doesn’t like me saying so…

…she can damn well have my law license. Go ahead. Take it. And my pilot’s license, and my plumbing license, too.

Let’s remember: the case before Judge Sumi is whether or not the Wisconsin State Legislature violated the open meetings law. They didn’t, and any honest reading of state law will bring you to that conclusion. You may disagree with the law. You may think it’s bad law. But it’s written law, and that’s what counts.

By now, Judge Sumi should have been able to rule on this. We should be done. That we’re not done makes me wonder why.

Ha! Just kidding. I know damn well why.
