I should have done this before now, but I’m a bad, bad blogger.

The Trog was singled out for honoring twice recently, and I have yet to acknowledge it.

First: Mind Numbed Robot brought his blogger spotlight feature back just for me. He makes the fundamental mistake of equating Neanderthals with Troglodytes – there may be some crossover there, but they’re still not the same thing – but like he says:

Look, the main thing is, he links to me. So there’s that. And he’s a nice guy, as far as evil geniuses go.

He links, so he gets a pass on the Neanderthal thing. Plus, extra points for use of the Dark Lancikin icon.

Also, Reaganite Republican put The Trog on his sidebar as a Featured Blog. Extra points for outstanding use of the TrogFather logo.

I wish I could claim busy-ness for the oversight, but I’ve obviously been doing plenty of blogging lately. I guess I could go back and erase a bunch of blog posts and sort of retroactively say “look at how little blogging I’ve been able to do,” but that would rob future generations of that small sliver of my collective genius, so that’s out.

Instead, I’ll acknowledge what a bad blogger I’ve been, and will make up for the oversight.
