“No one has spoken out longer or louder than I for the need to stand up to those who would unmake the very makings of traditional makery. However, even a casual reading of the Commerce Clause indicates that regulated makings are not only called for but necessary to prevent plague and the elderly from being cooked in big hot pies.”

And nobody wants that. They’re way too tough.
