Hey, how’d <em>I</em> get left off that seven-years-blogging list?

Jimmie Bise celebrates a blogiversary, with one small large oversight:

Today is the seventh birthday of The Sundries Shack. Yep, I’ve been at this blogging thing since 2004, which puts me among such estimable company as Ed Morrissey and Rick Moran.

Oh, come on, Jimmie! Who else has been blogging since 2004?

What Jimmie doesn’t realize – at least, I assume the slight was inadvertent – is that one day after he started The Sundries Shack, I wrote my own very first blog post over at the eponymous LanceBurri.blogspot.com. So today’s my seventh blogiversary, too, even if it isn’t The TrogloPundit’s.

LanceBurri.blogspot was a twice-weekly column-length blog. I closed it up in January of ’09 after it began to bore me, but was still blogging at Badger Blog Alliance and FoxPolitics.net, and started The Trog not long after.
