Brian Dunn parsed the Obama administration’s explanation of why the War Powers Act doesn’t apply to our actions in Libya, and:

I find this fascinating.

I do believe that under this (the Obama administration’s) logic, we could nuke somebody and not fall under the administration’s definition of war.

Hey, every post-apocalyptic movie I’ve ever seen said World War III was over really, really fast. No 60-day limit needed. Throw enough nukes at somebody, they won’t have enough people left to fight. War? What war? There’s no fighting here.
