Gwyneth Paltrow wears no makeup, jean shorts to book signing during Hurricane Irene
So what was she wearing, then? Anything?
Oh, you mean she was wearing no makeup, but was wearing jeans shorts. Gotcha. Sorry. If the picture had just been a little more encompassing, maybe I wouldn’t have made that mistake.

For some reason, I had the idea that she wasn’t wearing makeup (or shorts) because of Hurricane (or was it a tropical storm by then?) Irene. But the story doesn’t really say that: just that the signing was around the same time, and she showed up like that. She might just have been too damned lazy to put anything else on. Or else maybe it was just that kind of an informal thing. Dunno. Don’t care.
Except, y’know, if I don’t care, maybe I should stop blogging about it.

UPDATE – here’s two pictures of Paltrow wearing jeans shorts. One of them is makeup-ed and airbrushed, the other isn’t. Just so you know what those poor people at the book signing were missing.
