Smitty’s mind is far too quick for me…
…I frequently have little idea how he jumps from one subject to another in the space of a paragraph or two, seemingly as though the subjects are connected, but so tangentially – if not tortously – connected as to render them almost nonsensical when put together in a sentence.
In other words: is he crazy? Or is he just a genius?
Therefore, his linkage of the recall effort against Governor Scott Walker (R-Awesome) to Aaron Rodgers’ record-breaking touchdown-to-interception ratio must be either unrivaled brilliance, or the equivalent of Charles Manson on PCP eating his own poo.
One or the other. There’s very little room for gray.
As I’m entirely befuddled by his leaps of logic, I’ll confine my response to his title:
“So weak as to allow…” But is it weakness? Or is it Smitty-like in its ju-jitsu ninja brilliance?
Weakness to allow the recall threat? Or strategerically allowing the Left to create an environment in which the voters will willingly pay attention while Gov. Walker touts all the positive benefits of his budget reforms while he runs against a severely underfunded and comparatively unknown Democrat challenger…if they can even get that far collecting signatures during the hunting season, the holiday season, and the first month of Big Mamma Winter?
Don’t let the rope-a-dope hit you in the ass on your way to the mat. That’s all I’m saying.
