Kevin Hiltunen, a former NYPD officer, yesterday grabbed an Occupy Wall Street demonstrator by the collar and dragged him out of a Queens school where he’d been heckling US Rep. Bob Turner at the congressman’s swearing-in ceremony.
The question on my mind is: are we all going to be grownups about this now, or is somebody (who’s probably wearing a dirty sweatshirt and has road rash on his ass) going to sue?
And, if that somebody is going to sue, will that person only sue the former Marine, or will he sue the Congressman and, possibly, the school district for not providing adequate security?
And, if so, will the irony be enough to knock that person right back on his ass?

I’m half kidding. I didn’t actually know the guy was a Republican until after I posted this – I only looked it up hoping to verify that he was a Democrat.
