That woman in the middle, with the Packers jacket and hat? That’s Tricia (a.k.a. Trish the Dish), a co-worker of mine. Blount flipped the ball right to her, and she smacked it right back at him like somebody offered her a second helping of vegetables at dinner.
The “Swat Heard ‘Round the World,” as it’s come to be called, was the subject of much discussion among the talking heads at halftime and later. One report notes that Howie Long himself mentioned it.
