It is my intention to become the first Packers shareholder to be fined by the NFL
Why, yes, I am a Green Bay Packers shareholder. Oh, yeah. You may commence sucking up to me. I’ll be on my way up to Lambeau soon enough to set a few things straight. Mark, bubbelah, call me. We should talk.
Have your people call my people. We’ll do lunch.
And, yes, I know what I said before. Yesterday was Christmas. Do the math.
Back to my “few things to say:”
- Aaron Rodgers is ugly.
- Brian Urlacher is both ugly and overrated.
- As ugly as Aaron Rodgers is, Ben Roethlisberger is like Roseanne Barr to Rodgers’ Danica Patrick.
- Fans in Washington and Philadelphia would be better off with flatulent monkeys running their teams.
- The way pass interference penalties are enforced on defensive players, but not on offensive players, is an affront to all that is good and righteous in the world.
- The Packers’ defense sucks, even though they’re playing with basically the same bunch of players as last year.
- The Packers’ offensive line is performing excellently, but whoever decided to sign tackle Herb Taylor instead of Mark Tauscher after last week’s injuries should be dressed as a sheep and sent to Illinois.
I realize that these statements are hardly of a scathing nature, but that’s okay. If they don’t work, I’ll up my game until I trigger…this:
The NFL Rules prohibit conduct by shareholders of NFL member clubs that is detrimental to the NFL, including [...] publicly criticizing any NFL member club or its management, employees.
Hey, Stafford, you suck! And you, Suh, you porkulent tub of attitudinal maladjustment: you smell like feet!
If the Commissioner of the NFL (the “Commissioner”) decides that a shareholder of an NFL member club has been guilty of conduct detrimental to the welfare of the NFL then, among other things, the Commissioner has the authority to fine such shareholder in an amount not in excess of $500,000…
Oh, how I’d love to be the first holder of one share of Packers stock to get that letter from the league! Quick, somebody forward this post to Roger Goodell!
Just think of the traffic!
Granted, there are enough restrictions on these shares of common stock that I might not count as a “shareholder” under those NFL rules. I’ll have to read them and find out. Until then, no point in wasting time.
Rog, geez, who picks out your clothes? Helen Keller?

I tell you what: I’ll swap you a vote on my motion to blitz Zombo for a vote on your motion that Aaron Rodgers is ugly.
You can’t “vote” on whether Rodgers is ugly. He’s ugly, that’s all there is to it. Blitzing Zombo – that’s a policy decision. We could vote on that, although we really shouldn’t have to. Why wouldn’t you blitz Zombo?
