In 2008, it was Hurricane Gustav. This time:
Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal has canceled his plans to attend the Republican National Convention this week, instead choosing to focus on Tropical Storm Isaac as it heads toward the Gulf Coast. The storm is expected to make landfall near New Orleans on Wednesday morning. Jindal was scheduled to speak at the convention Wednesday evening.
Maybe he should just start penciling in hurricane preparedness every four years. Or maybe he should write it in pen.

Before the potential nominees gathered, I would have picked him to be the next president. At some point, though, I have to wonder why anyone would want to live with all of the hurricanes.
