Stalin Just Called... He Would Like His Useful Idiot Back

These days getting involved in a political conversation is a common occurrence. Some are interesting, informative, and thought provoking. Usually, however, they quickly devolve into ‘monkey-flinging-poo’ contests. I have decided to conclude my portion of these discussions with some variation of the following fecal missile:

“Hey, ________, Stalin just called and wants his useful idiot back.”

“Marx called and wants his ivory opium pipe back.”

I know that I can then walk away from the conversation with the understanding that I have played my part in the promotion of truth, justice, and the American way. If it causes Leftists to storm an American embassy somewhere, so be it.
