Meanwhile, over at PJTV, Reut Cohen interviews Robert Spencer, who says (starting at :15). “I think it’s very significant, especially in light of the fact that he did not bow before Queen Elizabeth, so you can’t say that he just thought this was protocol for when he was meeting a monarch. He clearly had something else in mind.”
