Can anybody name the new Miss USA?

Hint: it’s not Carrie Prejean. I don’t think I’ve ever been able to name a Miss USA, but I know who she is.
It’s not Alexandra Wehrley, either. That’s it, then. I’m stumped.

btw…is blonde spelled without the e the bottle kind?…Dunno
