The TrogloPundit

An unfortunate analogy? Or raaaaacism?

That wacky Joe Biden. Look what he said this time:

Vice President Joe Biden said today that if Democrats were to lose 35 House seats they currently hold in traditionally Republican districts, it would mean doomsday for President Obama’s agenda.

Biden said Republicans are pinning their political strategy on flipping these seats.

“If they take them back, this the end of the road for what Barack and I are trying to do,” the vice president said at a fundraiser for Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ) today in Greenville, Delaware.

Now: when he says “the end of the road…” When I reach the end of the road, I turn around and look for another way to get where I’m going. But that’s me – I’m bad with directions. Plus, I don’t have a GPS in my car. You’d think somebody like Biden could afford that.

So when Biden says “the end of the road,” he doesn’t mean it’s the end forever. He means it’s the end until the next time they try.

Last time was 1993. This time is 2009…so they should be set for another go sometime around 2025.

Unless…Biden isn’t suggesting they’ll drive right off the end of the road, is he? Into the ocean? Or…the river?

Oh, for crying out…he wouldn’t make that analogy, would he? Nobody would…or, well, we are talking about Joe “I Can Talk With Both Feet In My Mouth” Biden. Driving off the “end of the road,” which could mean the side of the road (the road does end there, after all), and into the river?

But if he is making that analogy, which of them is going to walk away and not call for help until the next morning? Him? Or Barack? And if it’s him…isn’t that…raaaaacist?

Or am I overthinking things again?
