The DPW has a new high school intern, I think.

How else to explain this press release?
MADISON – Scott Walker joined right-wing extremists in Milwaukee on Saturday to participate in a hateful, fear-based rally aimed at preventing progress for Wisconsin families. Walker was joined by right-wing commentator Michelle Malkin and known tax cheat Joe “The Plumber” Wurzelbacher at the rally, which was sponsored by corporate-backed Americans for Prosperity.
Scott Walker is the Milwaukee County Executive, a Republican running for Governor.
Thoughts:
- “…a hateful, fear-based rally aimed at preventing progress?” That’s so over-the-top it’s almost cartoonish. Do they think they’re swaying anybody who wasn’t already going to vote their way?
- Or are they aiming for the Saturday morning cartoon demographic? I think I heard that phrase on Power Rangers once.
- “Fear-based?” Well, duh. We’re afraid of the government taking all our money.
- No, I don’t watch Power Rangers. I have kids.
- “Right-wing extremists.” If that’s the political extreme in Wisconsin, then the extreme is pretty big.
