“I’m sorry. Sorry I didn’t use much, much stronger language.”

Okay, so that’s not what she actually said:

Sarah Palin is apologizing for telling Republicans to not be “wusses” when it comes to the debate over taxes and spending.

“Well, I guess I shouldn’t call politicians names, so I apologize for calling the wobbly ones wusses,” the former Alaska governor said Monday on Fox News’s “Hannity.” She added, “Because that distracts from the point that has to be made. and the point is that we are a bankrupt country.”

Asked whether it was appropriate to label members of Congress as “wobbly,” Palin responded: “Well I can’t call them ‘moderate.’ That would just be mean.”

    You missed the part where she then called out Obama as a socialist. Get it? We shouldn’t call politicians names gratuitously. Therefore Obama is a socialist. I think the humor went over most people’s heads.
